Biography and relevant experience
Michelle oversees the entire business operation, manages current client relationships and programmes, and generates new businesses. Prior to establishing Trimaran, Michelle was an investment banker with reputable financial institutions where she gained valuable experiences in the banking and financial markets. During her tenure, she was actively involved in IPOs on both the GEM and the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. She also has extensive knowledge of the Listing Rules and Takeovers Code and is
experienced in handling PRC issues including H-shares and red chip listings in the PRC
market.
Her career began in 1997 as a financial analyst at VP Private Equity, a subsidiary of Value Partners Limited. She was responsible for performing research and financial analyses on public and private companies in the Greater China Region with special focus in small to mid-cap companies listed in Hong Kong.
In 2001, she joined Anglo Chinese Corporate Finance, Limited as a manager where she was responsible for executing investment banking transactions including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, financial and strategic advisory, equity, equity-linked and debt financing, corporate rescues and restructuring and takeovers in the Greater China region. She was also involved in deal originations in the region.
Michelle is also a devoted supporter to local charities and was involved in fund raising campaigns of AIDS Concern, The Boys and Girls Club Association of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong Cancer Fund, The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association and SPCA.
