Happy New Year of the Boar! |
It seemed only yesterday when we celebrated the arrival of the Chinese New Year, and now Easter is also behind us, let us welcome and prepare for the arrival of Summer! While many people enjoyed their winter holiday breaks and festive gatherings during the year end, Trimaran remained busy with marketing and launching property developments spanning from South Bay Close to Macau, and turning Central into a "wall-less museum" with exciting art pieces by Taiwanese artists!
Throughout the second half of 2006, Trimaran worked with a number of renowned property developers. On the Hong Kong side, Trimaran launched the beautifully designed South Bay Palace 1, a low density luxury residence situated in the prime location of Island South. All of the 20 units are designed by Mr. Kenneth Ko, the renowned interior designer, and it is also the first property development in Hong Kong to use the famous Miele Kuechen kitchen cabinets. Another beautiful development to stand out in the most superior and unique location for luxury residence. |

The Arterial Landmark of Macau |
Over to the Macau Peninsula, Trimaran worked closely with Shun Tak Holdings and Hongkong Land on launching One Central Residences, a luxury waterfront residential project in Nape Area, Macau. The project name of One Central ideally portrays its unrivaled geographical advantage. Standing in the heart of Macau's gaming paradise, One Central is strategically located between the newly opened Wynn Macau and the upcoming MGM Grand Macau, and enjoys close proximity to the Macau Tower Convention and Entertainment Centre, Grand Lisboa and the StarWorld Hotel.
One Central Residences has become the most notable luxury residential development on the Macau Peninsula. Together with the sale of two en bloc towers to international institutional funds, the developers have sold over 90% of the total units for about HK$5.5 billion within a month following the public launch in November 2006, setting a new sales price record of HK$5,944 per s.f. in the Macau property market! We take pride to have worked with Shun Tak and Hong Kong Land and played a role in the marketing and launch of such a phenomenal project that has set an impressive record in the Macau property market.

A Wall-less Museum in Central! |
Did you all see the huge panda in Central?
No, not a real panda, but a 10-meter gigantic 'Flower-pattered National Treasured Panda' that was displayed in the bustling Des Voeux Road Central at Fubon Bank Building. How about the 2006 Art Buffet "me2"
Contemporary Public Art Exhibition that was held at Hong Kong City Hall from 16th December, 2006 to 15th January, 2007.
Organised by Fubon Art Foundation, sponsored by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, curated and technically supported by Department of Cultural and Religious Studies of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, the 2006 Art Buffet "me2" Contemporary Public Art Exhibition was held at The Hong Kong City Hall where Fubon Art Foundation introduced the creative art pieces by over 10 young artists from Taiwan to fulfill Fubon Art Foundation's philosophy of a "wall-less art museum". |
